Pole Fitness specialise in pole fitness coaching. From custom built studios near Glasgow pole devils fitness offer lessons in pole fitness from beginners to expert, also now being part of the pole dance community advancement program we are able to grade through examinations. Pole Fitness is an alternative to the slog of working out in the gym and provides a fantastic form of exercise to increase upper body and core strengths and muscle toning and fitness.
Pole Fitness is a form of performing art, a combination of dancing and gymnastics. It is now regarded as a recognised form of exercise and it used as part of an aerobic workout.
This is becoming a new and increasingly popular form of exercise in which the pole is used as a workout prop. This form of exercise increases upper body strength (by using the body itself as resistance) while toning the body as a whole.
Pole Devils Fitness has been set up as a passion and hobby of the founder, started for fun but after inspiration from great teacher Nicola Hanley, the owner decided to take it further and is now a fully qualified pole fitness instructor and first aid trained and recently won the title of Body Fitness Scottish Champion 2011.

We are an established pole fitness studio openin Kirkintilloch (see Contact Us for How to find us). You can attend the classes as a beginner, someone who has never been to a lesson before or another level for someone coming back after some time out and progress through our 20 levels, including Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert.
Rose Is A Fully Qualified Reps accredited Level 2 Instructor.
On arrival you will receive a poledevilsfitness welcome pack which includes a copy of all moves you will learn within your block. This folder is yours to keep. Every level you go through you will receive a copy of your moves which you can keep in your folder.There are various levels of pole fitness you can achieve.
