WITH A DIFFERENCE
BEGINNER LEVEL Ideal way to learn the basics of pole dancing such as spins and combo spins, pole dancing moves and transitions, climbs and holds, conditioning and stretching techniques. Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment, this course requires no previous fitness or dance training, no limit of age or size.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL You get to explore inversions, building on your beginner foundation with new and challenging spins, transitions and more complex technique. This exciting area of pole dancing is tremendous fun and will really get you hooked.
PRE-ADVANCED LEVEL This level will introduce the first stages of the pre advanced pole moves and safety technique, exploring the PDS exciting pre advanced tricks and combinations and moving onto the most complex stages of these moves and combos.
ADVANCED/PROFESSIONAL Starting with an advanced level of training to those who have gained the strength, flexibility and safety skills necessary to undertake this challenging course. Then, moving onto offering the most advanced and up to date pole technique on static and spinning poles available worldwide
PRACTICE CLASSES Ideal for those wanting further practice assisted by an instructor in order to perfect the skills learned on a course
STRETCHING Suitable for everyone who wishes to improve their flexibility, it will help you achieve splits, back bends, shoulder flexibility and general body flexibility
SEXY POLE This is a course for anyone who wants to explore the feminine and sensual style of sexy pole dancing involving choreographed floor work, pole work, increasing your body awareness, improving your confidence, posture and learning the art of dancing in high heeled shoes.
CIRCUIT TRAINING Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary from two to six depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition) and your training objective.
META FIT Metafit classes last 30/60 minutes and uses bodyweight exercises which target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect. There is no need to use any equipment. This is not an endurance class so there’s no need for you to pace yourself to avoid looking like the least fit person in the room. Everyone should be putting in their maximum effort. There is no choreography so don’t worry if you don’t know your left from your right. If you want to get great results for your body, then this class is definitely for you.
